    Charlie's Barkery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an item arrives broken during shipment, please contact us for a solution, we will take care of this! No international shipping at this time. Cakes and Pupcakes must be picked up in store.
  • Return Policy
    Here at Charlie's Barkery the happiness of our customers is extremely important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we have a no return policy however, we will accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Items that cannot be exchanged - Treats, Cakes, Pupcakes, Jerky, Supplements or any personalized items.
